The Adria: A luxury boutique stay in the heart of London | UK | Travel
Rating: 3/5
The Adria doesn’t serve dinner but guests have the option of ordering takeaway from a number of leading London restaurants. Hotel recommended choices include award winning Nobu and Michelin starred Gordon Ramsay restaurants.
Guests can ask staff to bring the meal to their room if they have a dining table or enjoy it in the breakfast room or another lounge.
A sumptuous afternoon tea is on offer for guests who want to unwind after a day of sightseeing and this can be enjoyed by the fire on a winter’s day.
For a lighter treat, guests can pop to the Butler’s Pantry for something sweet.
Breakfast at the Adria is a la carte, ranging from traditional dishes such as Eggs Benedict, to pancakes and organic porridge. The Eggs Royale is recommended with a deliciously creamy hollandaise sauce.
Those unable to choose could opt for the continentalbreakfast which includes fruit, a fresh basket of pastries and bread.
The Adria takes ingredients seriously and guests will find much of the menu is organic. As could be expected in Kensington, it is on the expensive side so guests might want to opt for the B&B option at booking.
