A group of students from the University of the South Pacific just finished participating in the East Asia and Oceania Regional Round of the 2023 edition of the John H. Jackson Moot Court competition, which was held in Singapore between 25 February and 1 March. This is the first time that students from the South Pacific region are participating in the competition, in which teams plead a simulated trade dispute case under the rules of the WTO dispute settlement system.
